Polyurethane for extending the life and energy saving of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

It protects the heat exchanger of air conditioning and refrigeration units permanently! The case and copper pipes are also treated with special paint for protection.

Outdoor units in coastal and island areas are constantly exposed to sea breezes. Depending on their orientation and placement, we recommend measures for sites that have previously needed early replacement due to salt damage. The aluminum fin deterioration prevention coating "Polyual" robustly protects the fins, which are the main components of heat exchange, from strong salt damage that cannot be prevented even with heavy salt damage specifications. It can also be applied to replacement fins. 【Brigold's Solutions】 - A protective agent specifically for aluminum fins that reliably protects the fins. - High thermal conductivity that maintains the initial performance of aluminum fins. - Coating is possible for outdoor units currently in use. - Repairs through touch-up can protect the fins semi-permanently. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Recommended for those using cationic electrodeposition.

200% effectiveness at 50% of the cost of cationic electrodeposition! Introducing Polyual.

We use cationic electrodeposition for rust prevention in unit coolers, but for those who have been replacing them every few years, we recommend the aluminum fin deterioration prevention paint "Polyual." It strongly protects refrigeration and air conditioning equipment from the atmosphere generated by salt, acid, hypochlorite, sulfur, ammonia, etc. 【Features】 ■ Protects heat exchangers from salt, acid, hypochlorite, sulfur, etc. ■ Flexibility to accommodate the expansion, contraction, and vibration of aluminum fins ■ Semi-permanent protection of fins through touch-up repairs ■ Protects the contact points between copper and aluminum, preventing electrocorrosion ■ Flexibility that prevents cracks and breaks due to physical damage ■ Salt damage countermeasures adopted at a power plant in Ishigaki Island *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Polyurethane Construction Proposal for Nursing Home

Proposal for the installation of a volar in the air conditioning management of nursing homes, where the stability of operation is emphasized!

"Polyual" is a corrosion prevention coating for aluminum fins patented by Blygold. In the management of air conditioning in nursing homes, the stability of operation is the most important factor. However, many cases are located near the sea, and after about three years, there can be a significant difference in the rate of deterioration. This difference leads to a situation where, after about seven years, some outdoor units may need to be replaced while others are still close to new, causing major issues in equipment management. By applying this product, a coating film is formed on the surface of the aluminum fins, helping to prevent deterioration of the air conditioning system. [Features] - Suppresses the growth of bacteria and mold on aluminum fins of heat exchangers - Addresses heat exchangers that cannot be protected even with cationic coatings - Protects outdoor units in salt-damaged areas where salt damage occurs even with heavy salt damage specifications - Provides semi-permanent protection for fins through touch-up repairs - Maintains high thermal conductivity, allowing for thick coating films and the preservation of heat exchange performance, among others *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Polyual Construction Proposal] Sulfur Measures for Hot Spring Areas

Proposal for the installation of polyurethanes to prevent deterioration of outdoor units caused by gases containing sulfur!

"Polyual" is a corrosion prevention coating for aluminum fins patented by Blygold. Deterioration of outdoor units caused by gases containing sulfur, such as sulfur dioxide, can lead to refrigerant leakage and, in extreme cases, can render the outdoor unit unusable within about two years, making it one of the most challenging issues for air conditioning systems. By applying this product, a coating film is formed on the surface of the aluminum fins, helping to prevent deterioration. [Features] ■ Suppresses the growth of bacteria and mold on aluminum fins of heat exchangers ■ Protects heat exchangers that cannot be safeguarded even with cationic coatings ■ Protects outdoor units in salt-damaged areas where salt damage occurs even with heavy salt damage specifications ■ Provides semi-permanent protection for fins through touch-up repairs ■ Maintains high thermal conductivity, allowing for thick coating films and sustained heat exchange performance, among others *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Can it be overcoated with cation?

A detailed explanation of whether topcoating can be done on cationic electrodeposition coating!

We often receive inquiries about whether it is possible to apply a topcoat over cationic electrodeposition paint. The answer is yes, it is possible and there are proven results. However, when a topcoat is applied over cationic paint, the adhesion is dominated by the cationic layer. If the brittle cationic coating cracks or peels, the topcoat may also tear, and in such cases, it will not be covered by warranty. Using a thin pre-coat film with salt damage resistance reduces the risk, but the adhesion will still be weaker compared to direct painting on aluminum or copper. Considering the costs, we recommend painting directly on aluminum or copper. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

Comparison with cationic electrodeposition

Comparing "cationic electrophoretic painting" and "polyurethane"! Detailed explanation to follow.

Cationic electrodeposition is an excellent rust prevention technology; however, in the case of heat exchangers, a film thickness of 20 microns, which is expected to provide sufficient rust prevention effect, can affect thermal efficiency, leading to an increase in electrical material quantity and potentially requiring larger equipment. Therefore, we propose our aluminum fin deterioration prevention coating "Polyual." 【Comparison】 <Cationic Electrodeposition / Polyual> ■ Application: At manufacturing / At manufacturing and installation site - Since thinner is used for Polyual application, if installed indoors, it will need to be painted outdoors before installation. ■ Film thickness: 8–30 microns / 20–25 microns ■ Thermal conductivity: Low / High - Polyual has thermal conductivity equivalent to aluminum. ■ Repairability: Not possible / Possible *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Comparison with stainless steel fins and copper fins

Comparing "stainless steel fins," "copper fins," and "polyural"! A detailed explanation will follow.

Stainless steel fins deteriorate under severe salt damage conditions, and their low thermal conductivity is well known. Copper fins excel in thermal conductivity due to their close contact with copper tubes, but they are expensive, and the salt resistance of copper is not significantly different from that of aluminum, resulting in a deterioration rate that is said to be about half that of standard aluminum fins (deterioration between dissimilar metals can be avoided). Under conditions where standard aluminum fins deteriorate in three years, copper fins would deteriorate in about five to six years. Therefore, we propose our aluminum fin deterioration prevention coating, "Polyual." 【Features of Polyual】 ■ Provides semi-permanent protection ■ Maintains and restores the initial performance of fins ■ Effectively protects the air conditioning unit's function from salt damage and polluted gases ■ Thoroughly envelops and protects the fins from the inside to the ends ■ Shuts out the intrusion of salt damage and pollution *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
